Financial Policies

Class Registration

To reserve your space in any given class, we require a minimum deposit of $100. The remaining balance is due on the first day of class. If the total price of a class is less than $100, the full class fee serves as the deposit. Your reservation is not guaranteed until we have received the class deposit.

Payment Methods

Seattle Reflexology & Massage Center accepts payment by credit or debit card, Venmo (@Lois-Hensell #8389), cash, or check or money order made payable to “Seattle Reflexology” or “SRMC”. Please mail payments to P. O. Box 22 Clinton, WA 98236.

Please send in your deposit as soon as possible so that we can better anticipate the number of students in attendance. Early enrollment helps us to know whether the class will reach the required minimum number of participants.

Classes are filled according to the order in which deposits are received.

Reviewing Classes

Because our classes are rich with information, many students choose to retake their favorite classes. Reviewing a class costs half the full current price (unless otherwise indicated). Reviewing is beneficial in helping you refine your understanding of concepts and improve your techniques. We allow a maximum of two reviewing students per class.

Financial Aid

If you would like to take a class but are having financial challenges please reach out to us about arranging a payment plan. Payment plans are approved on a case-by-case basis and must be arranged and approved prior to class. We will give your individual class Certificate of Completions to you once your class has been paid in full.

Bounced/Returned Checks

Checks written to SRMC that are returned by the bank due to insufficient funds or stopped payment will be subject to a $50 fee.

Cancellation/Refund Policies

It is your responsibility to contact us by email if you must cancel a class reservation. For the sake of another student wanting to take your place in the class as well as for our class planning, we request that you notify us as soon as you know you need to cancel.

Cancellations made:
  • more than 30 days before class will receive a full refund.
  • 8-30 days before class will receive a full refund minus a $50 administrative fee.
  • within 7 days of class will receive a full refund minus a $100 administrative/late cancellation fee.
  • with less than 24 hours notice or failure to attend class you will forfeit the entire class fee. You will receive an invoice for any balance due, which must be paid in full prior to your next class.

We offer early bird registration discounts on our classes—discount deadlines are listed with each class description. Certain elective classes have a registration requirement of 30 or more days for early bird pricing. Please note:  tuition is fully refundable up to 30 days prior to a course, but early bird tuition for international instructors is non-refundable after the early bird deadline.

If SRMC must cancel a class, you may elect to receive a full refund for any amount you have paid or transfer it to another class.
