Introduction to Reflexology Class

Whether your intention is to practice on friends, add to your massage repertoire, build a professional reflexology practice or refine your current reflexology techniques, your participation in our introductory and advanced classes will set you apart from the average reflexologist.

Our classes may be taken independently or as a part of our Reflexology Diploma Program.

By taking the introductory reflexology class you will have earned the prerequisite required to enroll in some of our other classes.

Class Description

In Introduction to Reflexology you will learn the basic history of the art and science of reflexology, theories of how it works, its benefits, indications and contraindications for its use. You will learn a sequence for a one-hour reflexology session; about 80% of the class is devoted to hands-on practice. This class will be taught by Neil McNeill, Jessica Crofoot or Lisa Hensell.
