Payment Policy

SRMC accepts cash, check or credit/debit card payment at time of service.  Checks returned by the bank will be subject to an additional $45 fee.

Reminder Emails / Texts

You will be notified by email when you have made an appointment. If you don’t receive a notification after making an appointment, please let us know. You will receive two automatically generated reminders prior to your appointment.

Ultimately, you are responsible for remembering your scheduled appointment.  If you miss an appointment that you scheduled, you will be expected to pay for the missed appointment.

Insurance Reimbursement

We are happy to provide you with a receipt for the session, which you may submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.  The receipt will include practitioner license numbers, billing codes, and any other information specific to your session and the needs of the insurance company.  Check with your insurance company to find out if reflexology or massage are covered and how to properly submit your paperwork.

Some insurance companies require that you have a diagnosis code in order to be reimbursed. If this is the case for your insurance company, you will need to obtain a referral from your Primary Doctor, Naturopath, or Chiropractor, as it is illegal for reflexologists and massage therapists to generate diagnosis codes.
