Cancellation Policy


SRMC has a 24-hour cancellation policy.

Your appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. It is an important time for you to fully experience your own healing and relaxation.

We value your time and know that you value our time as well. Schedule adjustments affect our community of clients as well as our practitioners.

If you are late and can let us know what time you will arrive, we will do our best to accommodate you for the remainder of your time.

If you are unable to keep your scheduled time, please give us 24 hours notice. This allows time for rescheduling another client in your reserved appointment.

In the event of a missed appointment and or appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, the full fee of your session will be billed. Payment of the bill will be required in order to re-book.

So that we have adequate time to fill a vacant spot, we request that you call in your cancellation as early as possible. Please call the office at 206.284.8389 and email us at seattlereflexology@gmail.com to be sure we receive your request in a timely manner.

The following are our cancellation fees and late arrival guidelines:

  • With less than 24 hours notice of a cancellation we will charge the full session price. Payment will be required in order to re-book.
  • If you do not show up for your appointment you will be charged the full price of the session. Payment will be required in order to re-book.
  • If you arrive late to your appointment you will be charged the full session price and the appointment will end at the scheduled time
  • If you are using a gift certificate and give less than 24 hours notice or do not show up for your session, the gift certificate will be forfeit


In the case of illness or treacherous weather:

If you have a contagious illness, please stay home. If you are ill or if you feel unsafe traveling to your appointment, please call 206.284.8389 as soon as you realize you can’t make it. To increase the odds your practitioner will get the message in a timely manner, please email us at seattlereflexology@gmail.com in addition to calling. If you have your practitioner’s cell phone number, please also notify them individually.

In cases such as these, we will not charge a cancellation fee. However, please know we trying our best to be there for you (even in the bad weather), so the earlier you notify us the better we can redesign our day and remain safe ourselves.

If we are sick or can’t make it through the snow to see you, we will notify you through every means we have available to us as soon as possible as well.
