Class Registration

Our classes are in-person and class space is limited. Please register as early as possible, as it allows us to best serve all students involved.

Classes are filled according to the order in which deposits are received. Your reservation is not guaranteed until we have received the full class payment.

To reserve your space, we require a deposit of $100 (if the total price of a class is less than $100, the full class fee serves as the deposit). The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the first day of class. If you register within 30 days of class, the entire fee is due at the time of registration.

Payment Methods

Seattle Reflexology & Massage Center accepts payment by credit or debit card, Venmo (@Lois-Hensell #8389), cash, or check or money order made payable to “Seattle Reflexology” or “SRMC”. Please mail payments to P. O. Box 22 Clinton, WA 98236.

Reviewing Classes

Our classes are rich with information and many students choose to retake their favorite classes. Reviewing a class costs half the full current price (unless otherwise indicated). Reviewing helps you refine your understanding of concepts and improve your techniques. We allow a maximum of two reviewing students per class.

Financial Aid

If you would like to take a class but are having financial challenges please reach out to us about arranging a payment plan. Payment plans are approved on a case-by-case basis and must be arranged and approved prior to class. We will give your individual class Certificate of Completions to you once your class has been paid in full.

Bounced/Returned Checks

Checks written to SRMC that are returned by the bank due to insufficient funds or stopped payment will be subject to a $50 fee.

Cancellation/Refund Policies

It is your responsibility to contact us in writing at seattlereflexology@gmail.com if you must cancel a class reservation.

Our classes are in-person and space available is limited. For the sake of another student wanting to take your place in the class, we request that you notify us as soon as you know you need to cancel.

Cancellation policies differ based on the class. Please refer to specific cancellation policies for Introduction to Reflexology and Advanced Reflexology below.

Certain elective classes have a registration requirement of more than 30 days for early bird pricing. Please note that although tuition is fully refundable up to the early bird deadline, early registration tuition for international instructors is non-refundable after the early bird deadline.

To avoid a cancellation fee you may gift your payment to participant not already registered to take the class. In this case you and the new participant must each contact us immediately to make arrangements and provide new contact information. It will be up to you and that person to work out your own financial agreement. We will treat the class registration as a gift from you, therefore if the new participant cancels any fees and refunds will be made to you.

If SRMC must cancel a class, we will refund the full amount paid.

Introductory Reflexology Class Cancellations

• more than 30 days before class you will receive a full refund.
• 8-30 days before class we will refund your payment less a $50 administrative fee.
• within 7 days of class we will refund your payment less a $150 late cancellation administrative fee.
• with less than 24 hours notice or failure to attend class you will forfeit the entire class fee. You will receive an invoice for any balance due, which must be paid in full prior to your next class.
• due to documented illness you may choose whether to receive a refund of your class payment less $100, or you may transfer your full class payment to a future class ($100 of the transferred amount is non-refundable).

Advanced Reflexology Class Cancellations

• more than 30 days before Part I you will receive a full refund.
• 8-30 days before Part I we will refund your payment less $200.
• within 7 days of Part I we will refund your payment less a $300.
• with less than 24 hours notice or failure to attend Part I you will forfeit the entire class fee. You will receive an invoice for any balance due, which must be paid in full prior to your next class.
• due to documented illness for Part I you may choose whether to receive a refund of your class payment less $200, or you may transfer your full class payment to a future class ($200 of the transferred amount is non-refundable).
• 8-30 days before Part II we will refund your remaining balance less $200.
• within 7 days of Part II we will refund your remaining balance less $200.
• with less than 24 hours notice or failure to attend Part II class you will forfeit the entire class fee. You will receive an invoice for any balance due, which must be paid in full prior to your next class.
• due to documented illness for Part II you may choose whether to receive a refund of your remaining balance less $200, or you may transfer your full class payment to a future class ($200 of the transferred amount is non-refundable).
